U TERETANI ZBOG VEŽBANJA ILI...???

Iznenađeni smo koliko mnogo ljudi viđamo po teretani koji samo “odrađuju” svoje treninge. Podjednako smo šokirani time koliko je onih koji pola treninga provedu ćaskajući preko telefona, čitajući novine ili tračareći sa drugim članovima. Što bi uopšte odlazili u teretanu, ako ovako u njoj provodite vreme? Zar nije bolje da odete u lokalni kafić i ćaskate preko telefona dok štipkate slatku konobaricu?
Ono što je smešno jeste to što su ovo uglavnom isti oni ljudi koji se žale da ne dobijaju masu ili gube masti iako koriste najnovije i najbolje suplemente koji postoje na tržištu. Da li oni shvataju da od dva sata koja provedu u teretani, oni verovatno produktivno treniraju čitavih desetak minuta? Odgovor glasi da oni to, razume se, ne shvataju. Znate li kako znamo? Ti momci su isti oni koji nas pitaju zašto ne mogu da se razvijaju. Kada ih pitamo da li pravilno treniraju i da li se pravilno hrane, svi do jednog nas jasno uveravaju da se razbijaju od rada u teretani i da jedu tone dobre hrane. Zaista uživamo da gledamo njihovu reakciju kada im kažemo da ih svakog dana viđamo kako troše vreme u teretani i kako im jedva izbije grašak znoja. A kada dođe red na ishranu, nakon daljeg ispitivanja obično saznajemo da ono što oni smatraju tonom dobre hrane nije dovoljno ni za jedan obrok i da je to što jedu uglavnom đubre. Hej, momci, pa to što popijete jedan proteinski šejk na dan ne znači da ste pokrili vašu nutricionističku osnovu.
Da li vam ovo izgleda kao prazne reči? Da li vam se čini da smo malo ljuti? I jesmo! Ako očekujete da izvučete sto procenta od vašeg treninga, a ulažete samo deset posto, onda vas molimo da ne smarate nas niti sve ostale ozbiljne vežbače vašim pitanjima. Dobro se pogledajte i zapitajte šta zaista želite da postignete. Ako zaiste želite da imate lepše telo, onda prilagodite vaše stavove i potrudite se onoliko koliko je to potrebno, i u teretani i za trpezom, da biste te ciljeve i ostvarili.
Dobre stvari u životu ne dolaze lako. Da je lako imati lepo telo, svi bi ga imali. Ako želite da vaše telo bude posebno, onda uložite i poseban trud. Zato sada prestanite da kukate i počnite ozbiljno da radite. Isplanirajte šest proteinskih obroka na dan i pridržavajte se toga plana. Uzimajte osnovne dodatke i prestanite da tražite magičnu pilulu. Najzad, dobro se naspavajte svake noći.
Uradite ovo i videćete kako vam se telo menja na bolje svakoga dana. Ili, u suprotnom, otidjite u teretanu, pričajte preko mobilnog ili se pravite da vežbate. Samo, učinite nam uslugu i klonite nas se. Jer mi tamo moramo da obavljamo ozbiljan posao.
