ISTRAŽIVANJA POKAZUJU
Položaj kolena je najnestabilniji kada su vam kolena savijena pod uglom od 90°, a butine desetak centimetara iznad položaja u kojem su paralelne s podom. Zato, osim ako imate problema s kolenima, najbolje je da radite duboke, pune čučnjeve.

Oni jačaju tetive kolena i potopomažu ravnomeran razvoj donjeg dela tela, za razliku od “plitkih“ čučnjeva, koji preterano razvijaju kvadricepse i uvećavaju rizik od povrede. Koristite okvir ili rešetku za čučnjeve, i odaberite težinu koja vam omogućava da nekoliko puta ponovite vežbu izvodeći pun čučanj. “Tako nećete preopteretiti zglobove i tetive”, savetuju treneri.

POČETNA POZICIJA
Držite glavu uspravno, pogled usmerite pravo napred. Šipku sa tegovima oslonite na trapezoidni mišić, a ne na vrat. Stanite zabačenih ramena, isturenih grudi, i prirodno povijenih leđa. Blago savijte kolena i raširite stopala u visini ramena.

SPUŠTANJE
Tokom spuštanja, kolena treba da vam budu okrenuta u istom smeru kao i stopala. Napravite pauzu od dve sekunde, a zatim polako vratite telo u početni položaj.

Glavu držite uspravno, pogled uperen pravo napred. Neka vam leđa budu prirodno povijena, a potkolenice neka vam budu približno pod pravim uglom u odnosu na pod.

Polako spuštajte telo što niže, tako da vam kolena budu potpuno savijena, a butine u nižem položaju nego kada su paralelne s podom. Pete priljubite uz pod.
