Trening buèicama za celo telo

Pretvorite par buèica u bodybuilding alatku za celo telo.

Maksimalno iskoristite vreme u teretani uz pomoæ “pametnog” treninga sa buèicama kao ¹to je ovaj, koji je osmislio trener Patrik Strajt, vlasnik “Force fitness and Performance” u Sinsinatiju. “Ve¾be sa buèicama, koje anga¾uju velike mi¹iæne grupe, stimuli¹u vi¹e mi¹iænih vlakana i ubrzavaju gubitak sala”, ka¾e on.

Uradite ovo
Ponovite 4 kruga ve¾bi. U prvom krugu uradite 12 ponavljanja svake ve¾be. Zatim 10 u drugom krugu, 8 u treæem i 6 u èetvrtom. Odmarajte se posle svakog kruga; odaberite optereæenje i pauze na osnovu iskustva.

MRTVO DIZANJE SA PRAVIM NOGAMA
Uhvatite buèice nathvatom, dr¾eæi ih ispred butina, i stanite tako da su vam stopala u ¹irini kukova, a kolena blago savijena. Savijte kukove i spustite trup tako da bude skoro paralelan sa tlom. Zaustavite se i podignite nazad.

ÈUÈANJ SA POTISKOM
Stanite tako da su vam stopala u ¹irini ramena i dr¾ite par buèica pored ramena. Èuènite tako da su vam butine paralelne sa tlom. Kada se podi¾ete potisnite buèice na gore. Zatim ih spustite nazad do ramena

VESLANJE U PRETKLONU
Dr¾eæi par buèica savijte kukove i kolena i spustite trup, tako da je skoro paralelan sa tlom. Savijte laktove i povucite buèice do boènih strana trupa. Pauzirajte, a onda ih polako spustite.

SKOKOVI IZ ÈUÈNJA SA UPOROM
Zauzimite stojeæi stav, dr¾eæi buèice pored sebe. Èuènite i ritnite noge u nazad, tako da doðete u upor. Zatim brzo vratite noge u èuèanj, ustanite i skoèite.

Nemate buèice u blizini? Skokovi iz èuènja sa uporom su zahtevni i bez dodatnog optereæenja.
