Pogledajte kako izgleda pravilno izvođenje jedne od najdelotvornijih varijanti čučnja, kraljice vežbi!

Neke od najtežih vežbi nosi imena po istočnoevropskim zemljama. Ruski ketlbel zamasi, tursko ustajanje i rumunsko mrtvo dizanje samo su neke vežbi iz ovog dela sveta.
Najčuvenija od njih je svakako bugarski "split" čučanj, omiljena vežba poznatog trenera Bi-Džeja Gadura, zahvaljujući kojem ćete ojačati gluteus, tetive i kvadricepse. Pored toga, unapredićete i svoju mobilnost, koristeći donji deo tela kao ogromnu silu.
PRAVILA
Gadur preporučuje da napravite pauzu u najnižoj tački i menjate tempo kada se podižete u gornju poziciju.
Igrajući se s tim koliko brzo, odnosno sporo, radite pokrete sa opterećenjem, toliki će biti uticaj na vaše mišiće. Dakle, ako uvek podižete tegove istom brzinom, propuštate priliku da poboljšate snagu i mišićnu masu.
Pokušajte da držite leđa pravo, odnosno da se ne naginjete napred.
Postarajte se da uposlite kukove dok se spuštate u položaj čučnja, tj. da ne opterećujete isključivo kolena.
Održavajte ravnotežu i ne gurajte koleno na koje ste naslonjeni ka unutra, već ga držite pravo sve vreme izvođenja vežbe.
