Biceps i trbušnjaci su dve grupe mišića na koje mi muškarci najviše obraćamo pažnju, a dobra vest je da sada možemo da ih dovedemo do perfekcije uz pomoć sledećeg fitness izazova.
Izazov se sastoji od pregiba bicepsa i trbušnjaka, koji iziskuju istovremeno podizanje ruku i nogu. Vežbe nisu komplikovane, ali morate da uradite mnogo ponavljanja i da ih izvedete savršeno.
“Kada izvodite vežbu u striktnoj, perfektnoj formi, forsirate sve mišiće na pravi način. Gravitacija ne može da vam pomogne da blefirate, pa povećavate svoje rezultate”, ističe Tod Durkin, autor The Impact Body Plan na Men’s health.com.
Zgrabite par bučica od 10 kg. Uradite 25 biceps pregiba.
Nakon ove vežbe, bez odmaranja, ostavite bučice po strani i izvedite 25 trbušnjaka, sa istovremenim podizanjem ruku i nogu sa tla.
Upravo ste uradili prvu rundu.
Da biste izveli celokupni izazov, bitno je da uradite 3 runde ove dve vežbe što brže možete. Ako vaša forma posustaje, pauzirajte i napravite mali predah. Nastavite tamo gde ste stali, ali morate da se držite sata sve vreme.
