"Crossfit je stvarno razbio stare načine razmišljanja i nametnuo temu funkcionalne snage u fitnes svetu.", kaže Stiven Devor, profesor kineziologije sa Ohajo Univerziteta. Ali u koliko niste spremni da se pridružite crossfit klanu, jednostavno kopirajte njihov način treniranja, koji ruku na srce nije toliko težak za imitirati.
Ovo su neki od crossfit principa koji će unaprediti vaš trening.
TEŽITE KA RAZNOLIKOSTI
Nemojte samo da vežbate u teretani, izađite napolje i igrajte se. Možete da trčite, radite na šipkama ili jednostavno igrate neki sport, dajte vašem telu različite stimulanse. Težite ka tome da vam treninzi obuhvataju što više polja fitnesa izdržljivost, snagu, fleksibilnost, brzinu, koordinaciju i ravnotežu i uvek gledajte da vam treninzi budu što "šareniji". Ako samo trčite, postaćete slabi specijalista za izdržljivost. Ako ne radi ništa drugo osim dizanja tegova, postaćete mišićavko bez ikakvog smisla za koordinaciju.
TRENIRAJTE JAKO
Previše treninga u teretani nema nikakav cilj, a uključuje i lenjo šetanje između sprava kao i sedenje između serija. Ako išta, crossfit je pokazao da se bolji rezultati dobijaju u ekstremno napornom, ali kratkom treningu.
NAUČITE DA KONTROLIŠETE SVOJE TELO
Klasične vežbe kao što su sklekovi, zgibovi i propadanja uče nas da kontrolišemo naše telo u prostoru, dakle uklnonjeni su nam oslonci u vidu benč klupe i stolica. A snalaženje u prostoru je od velike važnosti kako za sport, tako i za zdravlje.
