Zašto je trèanje dobro za naše mentalno zdravlje?

Pored svih prednosti za fizièko zdravlje koje imamo od trèanja ili džogiranja postoje i one koje nazivamo psihološkim prednostima a koje su posledica našeg redovnog treninga. Neke od njih su samopouzdanje i izgradnja karaktera koja nam se spontano dešava, osloboðenje od stresa kao i jaèanje našeg stava prema stvarima koje nas okružuju. I naravno, da ne zaboravimo nezaobilaznu – trkaèku euforiju.

Trèanje i samopouzdanje
Trèanje gradi samopouzdanje na naèin koji to ne postiže nijedan drugi sport. Trkaè polaže ispit za ispitom, snaži se, i svakim sledeæim korakom postaje sigurniji u sebe. On se zaista oseæa kao da se penje uz brda i savladavajuæi prepreke postiže oseæaj slobode zato što zna da su njegove noge sposobne i dovoljno snažne za takave podvige. Samopouzdanje koje se postiže trèanjem najviše se primeæuje kod onih koji su u procesu mršavljenja i time grade u svojim oèima bolju sliku o sebi.
Trèanje i stres
Još jedna važna odlika džogiranja je oslobaðanje od stresa. Sva nervoza i sve tenzije nestaju sa kilometrima bez obzira da li tokom trèanja želite da razmišljate o životnim pitanjima ili od njih želite da pobegnete. Duge staze su veoma korisne za rešavanje problema koji vas muèe. Ima li neèeg boljeg od trosatne rute kada ste potpuno sami sa sobom i kada najbolje možete da razbistrite glavu i misli i pronaðete odgovore na mnoga pitanja. Trkaèi koji trèe brzo lako otklanjaju stres i ljutnju, ponekad i agresiju. Kada bilo koji priliv negativne energije usmerimo na jedan sprint, ona æe nestati za tren.
Trèanje kao lek od depresije
Džoging menja odnos prema životu i okolini, menja stav prema životu. Prilikom trèanja, a naroèito onom napolju, naše telo oslobaða endorfin i stvara oseæaj euforije ili jednostavno – imamo utisak da smo sreæni. Trèanje se godinama koristi kao terapija u leèenju klinièke depresije ili bolesti zavisnosti bilo koje vrste. Manje nervozne, bez depresije, manje umora, a manje i zbunjenosti, sve to nakon poèetka redovnog treninga trèanja. Ono im daje nešto na šta mogu da se fokusiraju i daje im moguænost da uvide da da postoji nešto više osim njihovog depresivnog stanja ili zavisnosti.
Trèanje trenira um koliko i telo. Kada uspete da preðete preko svih prepreka koje nadolaze nauèiæete kako da se fokusirate, nauèiæete da budete odluèni. Ona volja i snaga koja vas pokreæe da preðete sve one duge staze i one koje biste najradije da preskoèite, upravo ona èini da vaš um jaèa sve više i daje vam fokus i odluènost u svim drugim aspektima života.
Možda do sada i niste bili svesni svih dobrobiti koje trèanje donosi? Zastanite na tren i porazmislite kako bi vaš život, posebno psihièki, izgledao bez trèanja? Koliko ste se promenili od kada trèite? I na koji naèin?

Trcanje je odlicno za skidanje celulita u kombinaciji sa visokoproteinskom dijetom, ja sam npr. skinula sav celulit koji sam imala u vremenskom periodu od mesec do dva i nabacila plocice.
